All fees paid on CruxBit Internships — for solo or team enrolments — are final and non-refundable, and enrolments cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. This applies regardless of whether you start, continue or complete the project.

This policy exists because enrolment delivers its core value immediately: the moment you enrol, you get full access to the complete project specification — the Product Requirements Document, High-Level Design and Low-Level Design — along with your verifiable offer letter. Like any digital content delivered instantly, it cannot be “returned”.

Certificates are earned, not automatic. If your submission does not pass review, you may improve your work and resubmit — but a submission that does not pass, or a project you choose not to finish, does not entitle you to a refund.

We will make it right in these two situations:

• Duplicate payment. You were charged more than once for the same enrolment. The duplicate charge will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Failed transaction. Money was debited from your account but your enrolment was not activated. Once the payment gateway confirms the transaction status, the amount is either refunded by the gateway or, at your choice, applied to complete the enrolment.

Report either case to contact@cruxbit.tech within 7 days of the transaction, including the transaction reference. Verified refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. The full price, including any applicable GST, is shown before you confirm payment, and a tax invoice is available in your dashboard after every payment.
